The support we offer vary from helping you to develop and implement sustainable, robust and bespoke quality assurance processes to further developing your existing systems. Your team will receive verbal, face to face, telephone, zoom, Skype and written feedback throughout the process. We conduct announced and unannounced mock inspections based on Care Quality Commission (CQC) Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) and undertake specific audits as part of the quality assurance support.

We offer a FREE consultation service as well as an audit based on ONE of the CQC KLOEs.
