CQC enforcement and/or turnaround

Before working with you, we will assess how much of our time is needed to develop the action plan. The assessment will include going through the enforcement and/or warnings with you, reviewing work that you have completed and how we can work together. Part of this support includes offering bespoke workshops, mentoring and coaching your teams. We will provide you with monitoring tools as required. This service costs £70 per hour.
