We offer a variety of specific audits such as medication, infection prevention, health and safety, recruitment and staffing, accident and incidents/near misses, risk assessments and care plans, safeguarding etc. We will help you to identify areas of improvements, make recommendations, draw trends and patterns and lessons learnt. If needed we will support you to implement, embed and sustain new systems This service costs £450 per day.
